Welcome to Pennsylvania Wing Cadet Training Schools!  Each year, over four hundred CAP members come together from across the Northeast United States in order to forge a program that many regard as one of the best Civil Air Patrol cadet training programs in the nation.  We focus on developing America's youth into responsible citizens and future leaders.  If you are a CAP member who wants to make a lasting impact on the organization and the future of cadets across the nation, this is definitely the program for you.  I hope you will join us!
